Fellow Dominique Antonio Richard Harris and Jarreth Joseflee Sabastian Plunkett both 15, allegedly stabbed him twice in the stomach with a stolen kitchen knife. Bobby Maher, the Wyoming 14-year-old who was killed protecting his girlfriend, was allegedly held down by Dominique Antonio Richard Harris while Jarreth Plunkett stabbed him, prosecutors. Plunkett then allegedly stabbed Maher twice in the chest with a “kitchen-style knife” while Harris punched the boy in the face. Jarreth (JJ) Plunkett and Dominique Harris , both 15, being tried as adults for the murder of Robert ‘Bobby’ Maher, 14. The two are accused of fatally knifing Maher to death on April 7 while. Plunkett and Harris were charged as adults with conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated assault, battery, and theft. Plunkett also is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly stabbing. Police say Plunkett and his co-defendant, 15-year-old Dominique Harris , discussed the plan to attack Maher in the days leading up to the incident. Plunkett and Harris are presumed innocent unless proven or pleading guilty.
